The buffet will open at 6:30 p.m. and there will be a cash bar. This is an ADULTS ONLY event!

The cost is $36.00 per person which includes a full buffet dinner and one sheet of the first level of prizes. All tickets must be paid in full prior to the event. Individual ticket buyers (or groups smaller than 10) are seated on a first come first served basis. For a ‘reserved’ table of 10, please be sure to include cash or check (made payable to Green Brook PTO) in the amount of $360.00. All tickets will be sent to the person listed in the number one spot on the order form. Please bring your ticket with you that evening so that you can pick up your raffle tickets at the door.

Bundle Packs
$25 (small): 1 – level 1 sheet, 1 – level 2 sheet, 1 – level 3 ticket

$50 (large): 2 – level 1 sheets, 2 – level 2 sheets, 3 – level 3 tickets
