Cup Stacking
Cup Stacking (or Sport Stacking) is an individual and team sport where participants, or "stackers," quickly arrange 9 to 12 specially designed plastic cups into specific pyramid-shaped sequences (3-3-3, 3-6-3, or the Cycle) and then down-stack them back into a single pile. It is a competitive, high-speed activity focused on hand-eye coordination, speed, and agility, often using a specialized mat with a timer.
This video provides an introduction to the sport and demonstrates the 3-3-3 stacking pattern: Cupstacking
