Our Literacy STEAM program turns stories into adventures and ideas into creations! By blending reading and storytelling with hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math, children explore, imagine, and bring their learning to life

Origami Club

The art of paper folding can be simple, or as complex as using it to design huge foldable lenses for satellites, and minute, expandable heart stents. As a math teacher, I appreciate Origami’s connection to math. I hope to share that fascination with students who may also be interested in exploring this art form

Fall Into Art

Celebrate the cozy, colorful season of fall through fun and festive art projects! In this fall-themed art club, students will create autumn-inspired artwork and crafts like leaf print paintings, pumpkin paintings, wood pumpkin crafts, leaf bug and leaf people drawings, stick and yarn wrapping, clay acorns and pumpkins and more. We'll use a variety of materials to explore texture, color, and creativity — all while enjoying the spirit of the season!
